documentary/ NYC Taxi drivers going to Mississippi

Hi, several months ago I had a conversation with a Taxi Driver in New York who was from India. He was telling me that he was moving to Mississippi to start his own buisiness and had several friends who had done the same. Two weeks later I meet a Taxi Driver from Pakistan who tells me the same story. I am a young Photographer just starting out and I am always looking for an interesting story to shoot, this one sounds great! If you know anyone who is doing this please let me know. I would love to document there transition.
