Hello,

I am doing research on taxi drivers and the debt they face (gas, leasing fees, etc.) as part of an advocacy project in New York City to do something to help drivers.

I am looking for articles, policy papers, city council testimonies, etc. that discuss the debt burden's of taxi drivers. My specific interest is in the United States, but if you have something exactly relevant from other countries, I would appreciate that too.
